Becoming a Chartered Accountant is a dream of many students in just the very first attempt of the exam. But a very small percentage of candidates clear the exam on the first attempt. In 2021, the pass percentage was only around 20%. The results demotivate many candidates. But one should be well focused on studies to clear the exam in eight months. CA Intermediate is one of the toughest exams to be attempted before the CA Final.
CA Intermediate is the second level of the CA course. To become eligible for the CA Final Exam you need to clear 8 papers in intermediate. Intermediate Exams will be held in May and November scheduled by ICAI. Just after registration for the CA intermediate exam, the Candidate needs to spend 9 months to prepare for intermediate exams, which is compulsory by ICAI. 1) Study Regularly:-
Make a routine to study daily for at least 14 – 15 hours a day. Solve mock test papers on a daily basis so that you don’t feel the burden of studies. You must practice question papers for every subject with the time given to answer all the questions with the limited time limit. If you practice regularly this will help you in completing your final exam with the time frame, and you can recheck your answers at the end.
2) Manage your time:-
Time Management is very important if you really want to crack the CA exam. Candidates should set goals on scoring high and don’t waste time in playing, outing with family and friends, watching TV and social media. You can do these things later, what you can do now is learn how to do time management so that you can stick to your studies.
3) Judge Yourself:-
Practicing more and more mock test papers will help you know your strengths and weaknesses. This mock test paper solving practice will also make you confident and helps to know your preparation. While preparing for the exam, focus on your weak areas that will help you to score well.
4) Divide Topics and Revise:-
Every stage of CA has a large portion to cover. That’s why divide and revise is the best strategy to follow. You can divide your subjects into modules so that you don’t feel a burden and do your revisions.
5) Be healthy:-
While Being busy with your studies don’t forget to take care of your body. It is very important to take care of your body. It will keep your body fit and mind alert. Do exercise to reduce your stress level. Take proper diet ,focus on eating healthy nutritious meals. Remember to drink at least 8 glasses of water everyday to keep your body hydrated.
6) Stay Positive:-
Staying positive is best and be calm , this will boost your confidence level and help you score good too. Don’t worry too much before your exam, it may hamper your best performance.

You need to commit yourself to studying properly. Prepare yourself in 9 months for your exams. Candidates should set their target for every month so that they can complete the entire syllabus of CA Intermediate in 9 months properly. First Month Study Plan For 2022:
Make notes and develop an understanding of the syllabus. Throughout the first month of preparation try to cover up all the theoretical parts of the chapter. So that you only have to revise later on.
Second Month Study Plan For 2022:
Don’t stop to work on the theoretical portion of the subjects and make sure you understand the basic concepts so that it becomes easier for you for your further studies. The course is huge so you need to study on a regular basis.
Third Month Study Plan For 2022:
In the third month, you need to practice and cover practical problems for the whole day. As of now, only 6 months left for the exams, you need to cover up all the courses in time so study sincerely and regularly.
Fourth Month Study Plan For 2022:
In the fourth year, try to clear all the doubts as soon as possible, take the help of your teachers and your seniors. It is a very peak time where your concepts of all the subjects should be pretty clear and put your main focus on the practical part of the course.
Fifth Month Study Plan For 2022:
Continue working on where you are weak, have doubts, problems, and dilemmas related to that subject or any question, and clear your doubts on a daily basis so that you don’t get confused. Take a deep breath to relax. Concentrate on the topics you are clear on.
Sixth Month Study Plan For 2022:
Try to complete your theoretical and practical parts in the sixth month only so that you revise and practice in the last 3 months properly.
Seventh Month Study Plan For 2022:
Most of the students get nervous and overconfident at this time. This time keep your body fit and healthy so that you can focus on your studies. With the well planned timetable, serious, focused and consistent study plan, you will get well prepared at this time.
Eighth Month Study Plan For 2022:
Do revise each and everything from theory to practical in this month. Don’t leave anything for later, just do clear things if you have any confusion or doubt.
Ninth Month Study Plan For 2022:
